I will be recounting all of the things that we've done in class for the past 2 days ..

Monday - we were given a small, pink sheet of paper that has all the informations we need for our Waves Research Project. But if you have not received this sheet of paper, I will type all the informations later on in this blog.
- we then went to the Maclab to start our research for this project (:

Tuesday - today, we went over all of the 4 worksheets that Rojuane have mentioned earlier.
These worksheets were :
- Periods & Frequency Problems
- 14.5 Wave Properties
- Concept Development Practice Page/ vibrations and waves
- Vocabulary Review
Most of these worksheets are a preparation for tomorrow's test .
TEST! YES! there will be a test tomorrow!! and sorry i know this is quite a late reminder. But do not worry, we can all do a great job on this test if we read pages 3-11 on the green booklet and understand every single bit of it ! (: And remember, those 4 worksheets can be your big helper .

Grade 11 Physics: Waves Research Project
Investigate the historical development of 1 of the following communication technologies that uses waves: telephone, radio, television, cell phone, communications satellite, motion detectors, remote controls

1. Your research paper should be word processed and about ONE page length.
2. References must be noted down. When using the internet, write down the website where you obtained the information. Give credit where credit is due.
3. Your paper must be written in your own words. Don't copy information directly from a book or the internet.
4. Due Date for this paper is Friday, Feb. 15
5. Assignment is worth 15 marks
